Lotus

Lotus was my first foray into adding more 3 dimensional objects into my work. The centre consists of glass cubes, beads, beach glass and the bottom of a bottle. The panel flattens out as it moves away from the centre. The glass is very dark around the edges, so when lit from behind there is a dramatic effect from light to dark.
